The Impact You'll Have:
Here we use industrial & product design interchangeably because at the end of the day you will help design products & services that will connect people, cultures and cuisines. As a designer you will have the opportunity to combine art, business, and engineering to develop the concepts for our mobile restaurant platform.
A Typical Day:

Produce sketches, concepts, models, wireframes and prototypes

Testing / design using specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology

Work closely with engineers

Maintain an awareness of current design trends and influences

Investigate appropriate materials and production processes

Clarifying and solving design issues

Work in teams across the various disciplines
Your Expertise:
-
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Industrial design, product design or related
-
3+ years of industrial / product design experience or equivalent.

Strong User interface & Experience Skills (Figma, Illustrator, photoshop etc.)

Strong CAD & design software skills (Rhino, Solidworks, Adobe suite etc.)

Technical & basic skills in engineering including technical drawings & diagrams.
Location: Hybrid opportunity / ability to travel to our office in Metro Detroit.
